Live vote-switching

Several people caught evidence of vote-switching, or other manipulations of tallies, as they happened on live television and other sources. Here are the ones that I have come across.

Wisconsin, US President race

Exact numbers are not part of this grab, but the news commentators do state that "before this information dump came in, Donald Trump was up by 109,000 votes. Now, Joe Biden is up by 11,381."

This was probably sometime between 3:05 and 4:56 AM US/Eastern Nov 4.
